1. Grundy Community Center disclaims any and all responsbility or liablity for any action or inaction of an advertiser as a result of any promotional displayed on this site. Any and all responsibility rests with the Advertiser and any entrants in to the contest or promotion should contact the advertising company with any questions or concerns.

2. FREE Promotional Tickets offered or given as a result of any promotion are non-refundable and are valued at stated value of the certificate. In the event any gift certificate or purchased tickets dollar amount does not equal the value of tickets purchased, no refunds or partial gift certificates will be issued. In the event that gift certificates or tickets are given and a balance remains, the recipient will be responsible to pay the remaining amount to receive the value of the tickets.

3. All promotional contestants must follow all rules and conditions of the advertising vendor, business or company offering any promotion displayed on Grundy Community Center's website.

Terms of MainBoard, LLC's offer are:

1. To receive promotional gift certificate for FREE Grundy Community Center theater tickets, entrant must be 18 years of age and subscribe to Dish Network Satellite Television Service on the Residential 24 Month Commitment called DHA24 or the Dish for Business promotion called DBA24 from MainBoard, LLC, an Authorized Dish Network Retailer during the promotional display period of the advertisements on the Grundy Community Center website.

2. Subscriber must contact MainBoard Satellite, MainBoard, LLC. to sign up for service and complete all requirements of becoming a Dish Network subscriber. This promotion is not endorsed by Dish Network or any other Dish Network Dealer other than MainBoard, LLC that is sponsoring and paying all expenses related to the cost of Grundy Community Center tickets or gift certificates. Grundy Community Center and MainBoard, LLC are not responsible for nor liable to redeem nor offer promotional tickets to any subscriber that has obtained Dish Network service by any other company or dealer other than from MainBoard, LLC and by following all directions, terms and conditions listed on this page.
