Are you worried about getting a seat? With 162 Seats in Cinema 1, 123 in Cinema 2, and 111 in Cinema 3, we have plenty enough room for everyone. With our new Seating from Greystone Seating Company, these comfortable seat well have you wanting to watch another movie just because they are so comfortable.*

Our Sound Systems

Are you an audiophile nut? Do you have standards when it comes to audio playback? We here at the Grundy Community Center strive to have one of the best audio systems around. Oour CP500 Dolby Digtial Audio Processor connected to a CAT No.701 Digital LED Sound Head arebeing used to produce a balanced and crystal clear audio playback. Along with these processors are 3 dual sided QSC amplifiers pushing close to 3000 watts to 12 THX certified JBL speakers, you will have no problem hearing the movie, or in fact feeling it.**

Our Projectors

Houses #1 and #3 has a Strong International X-90 Series Projector. These projectors combinded with a Strong Internalional 3 - Tier Platter System allows for a seamless movie experience both audio and visualy. The projectors houses an amplifier rack, automated lighting system, Dolby Digital Sound Equipment and most important of all, a 2000 watt XBO Projection Bulb. We spared no expense to provide the best movie experience for our customers!!

House #2 houses an NEC 1600C Digital 3-D Projector, along with Real D XL 3-D system. We can now play any new Digital Films both 3-D and 2-D. This projector houses a 2000 watt bulb almost similar to the ones in the other houses. This projector has a seperate audio rack that houses the projectors' server from GDC, in which we upload all movies that come to the Grundy Community Center on hard drive. Combinded with this server is a scaler, which alows the projector DVD and Blu-Ray Playback.
